Returns policy does not offer refunds on purchased paintings. All sales are final. The only exception to this policy would be in a case where the carrier damaged the painting(s) and did not offer a claims service to the customer. Under that condition you should email photographs of the damaged packaging and contents to for review and consideration of a refund or other remedy. Please contact the carrier first to make a claim for damages. You have 10 days from delivery date to submit any evidence of damaged goods to us in the event that the carrier refuses to accept your claim.
